Custom stainless steel fabrication and specialty machining is at the core of our operations. Using a variety of machinery, we are able to cut, shear, roll, and bend stainless steel (300 series), as well as titanium, Hastelloy, Monel in addition to other alloys. Sheet, plate, angle, round bar, tubing, and pipe are used to manufacture adapters, flanges, fittings, laterals, and elbows. Glass bead blasting, water jetting, and polishing services are also available. Minimum material thicknesses as thin as 18 gauge (0.049”) can be made into bends, tees, wyes, and wear pads to precise tolerances.

With the ability to produce both small and large components, we will consult with you to answer all of your inventory and packaging questions. Appleton Stainless Inc. can handle small to medium production runs with ease. Custom fabrications typically require lead times of 3 to 5 days, but rush and emergency services are available as well. Same day requests can be accommodated provided the part or component is currently in stock. Appleton Stainless adheres to ANSI and ASTM (A774) standards and can work with CAD files from AutoCAD, to SolidWorks, and a variety of file formats in between.
